1. Coverage Duration
- Used Engines: 6-month limited warranty
- Used Transmissions: 6-month limited warranty
- Extended warranties may be available upon request at the time of purchase.
2. What’s Covered
- Internal components failure due to manufacturer defect or normal wear
- Replacement of the defective part (same type and specifications)
- Shipping costs for replacement parts (covered only if failure occurs within 30 days of delivery)
3. What’s Not Covered
- Labor costs, towing, fluids, or rental vehicles
- Damage due to improper installation, overheating, lack of maintenance, or accidents
- External accessories (e.g., sensors, wiring, mounts, gaskets, seals)
- Modifications or use in racing/off-road conditions
4. Warranty Conditions
To qualify for warranty coverage, the following conditions must be met:
- Part must be installed by a certified mechanic or repair facility
- Proof of installation and diagnostic report must be provided in case of a claim
- All fluids, filters, and seals must be replaced at the time of installation
- Engine must not be overheated or run dry; transmission must be filled with correct fluid
5. Claim Process
- Submit your claim via email to contact@usautocare.shop
- Include order number, VIN, installation invoice, and diagnostic report
- Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps
6. Limitations
- Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
- US Auto Care Shop reserves the right to inspect the part before approving any claim
- In case a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion
